PBSC and Careem Bike expand into Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaïmah

PBSC Urban Solutions, the world leader in smart bike-share solutions, is delighted to bring its technology to the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, and also, to launch a new fleet of E-FIT electric bikes in Ras Al Khaïmah.

Following its success with Dubai’s all-electric bike share system, Careem — a major player in the Middle East’s mobility industry and PBSC’s operating partner in the Dubai system — is adding Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaïmah to its public bike-share system offer!

Duly inspired by the positive experience of their collaboration in Dubai, Careem and PBSC continue to grow and are joining forces again to take over Abu Dhabi’s bike-share system. In the coming weeks, the Careem Bike team will put into service a system consisting of 300 bikes and 50 stations, all operating on PBSC’s new technology platform! In Ras Al Khaïmah 8 stations and 50 E-FITs have already been deployed!
